- I couldn’t find a place to
write a review on your website, so I’m emailing you directly to tell you how
pleased I am with my new polo boots (Argentine style, dark brown, cow) that
I ordered in early December and received on December 19th. I was not
expecting them to arrive before Christmas, assuming I had ordered at a very
busy time, but I got an email on December 13th letting me know they were on
the way, and I was able to track them at every location. The boots fit
perfectly and are extremely well-made, with perfect stitching everywhere.
The mini polo mallet was a nice surprise, and made a very cute Christmas
tree ornament! I’m recommending your boots to everyone in my polo club

wish I had ordered the boots from you, as I am dealing with a headache from
the other company I ordered from. Perhaps you have some advice, since you
are in the business. When the buyer returns an item to Argentina, is the
buyer liable for any duties that may be assessed on the item? Or is the
seller liable? Long story short, I had to return a pair of boots I had
ordered, which I did through DHL Express. Now the company is trying to make
me pay for the duties on the item, and they are avoiding DHL's phone calls.
The agreement was for me to pay for the shipping, which I did. DHL will
confiscate the boots if the company doesn't pay the duties. I don't expect a
reply, but would appreciate any insight you may have. And...if I do get my
money back from PayPal after I file a dispute and claim, I plan to buy boots
from you, as i've seen your finished product and was initially going to buy
a pair from you. Also, I appreciate your honesty when I asked about the
difference between your boots and the Bautista ones - I would much rather
prefer to deal with honest individuals than people who try to take more
money from me to get the right pair of boots. (Aug2010) |

jodhpurs fit great. Indeed, I've had several friends ask "where did you get
real jodhpurs?" I'm asked the same question about the shirts. I of course
tell them. I'll gladly send you a photo with the jodhpurs; it will be a few
days (and won't be at the stable). If you want one at the stable it'll take
a bit longer as my schedule won't let me get out there for a couple of weeks
(my wife goes several times a week, but it's an hour each way and I can only
get out there on weekends). You're free to use the photo as you wish when
you get it. You also had asked whether you could get a photo of four of us
in the shirts. I fear that when it comes to polo my riding is not yet ready
for prime time. The photo with the jodhpurs will, of course, include the

I should like to leave feedback on your website: I recently took up polo and
became very keen and decided that I could no longer get away with wearing
hunting boots! I shopped around the internet, finding, as is generally the
case, that they were cheaper than in shops, and found Argentina polo to be
offering the cheapest (and best!) deal, although I was rather skeptical
about departing with £160 for a pair of boots which may not fit. But I
decided that they ought to fit if I did the measurements correctly and,
having ordered from the website before, I knew that they would materialize.
Having sent off my measurements and departed with the money, I could do
nothing but wait. A few days earlier than the stated delivery time, they
arrived and I eagerly tried them on. They were a perfect fit and look great.
I have used them almost every day this month and they have just got better
as the leather moulds to fit. I have absolutely no qualms about recommending
Argentina polo to any of my friends, and shall do, as I am a thoroughly

and has been playing Pee Wee Polo at the El Dorado Polo Club in Indio,
California, since he was three years old. His favorite horse is named Corey.
His younger brother Dane, four years old, also plays Pee Wee Polo at El
Dorado on his favorite pony, Tucker. The boys enjoy playing in the Linfoot
Memorial Tournament held in August at Santa Barbara Polo Club. Jim also
played this year in the FIP (Federation of International Polo) Jr.
Tournament in April, held this year at El Dorado Polo club. Jim goes to
school half the year at Oak Knoll School in Menlo Park, and half the year in
Indio at Christian School of the Desert. Jim's father, Erik Wright, is a 2
goal player who also trains polo ponies, gives riding lessons, and is a polo
manager. Erik is the club pro and polo manager at the Circus Club in Menlo
Park, California from April to October. Jim's great grandfather, Fred
Wright, was a varsity polo player for the University of Illinois in the late
1930's, and a WWII Navy pilot. And Jim's maternal grandfather was
professional polo player Jim Mero of Santa Rosa, California. In his thank
you note to his Aunt Mary for his beautifully made polo boots, Jim wrote:

lately. Anyway, the boots fit well, except they're a bit too big on the
calves, but better too big than small as I have problems with the calves a
lot. However I prefer this as I no longer get cramp when mounting as my
rubber boots were really tight. So I have no objections to recommending you
to any of my polo buddies. One has already expressed Interest in your German

extra protection added to the inside & front of the boots? Also what lengths are available for the woven polo girths?
I could not find an order form for items like the girths? I am an active FEI level endurance rider & your equipment looks like it would be perfect for my needs. The

now. White tips good, want 185 gram head, medium flex. We should have our
